Saito Saito: is the creative magician behind the sushi masterpieces. Born and raised in Fukushima, Japan, Chef Saito is one of only a handful of exclusive Master Chefs in the United States. Graduating from the Tokyo Chef School in Japan and apprenticing for over 10 years, Saito has opened over 30 successful restaurants all over the world in such discerning cites as New York, Las Vegas, London, Paris, Aspen, and Hollywood as well as the Hawaiian Islands. The remainder was spent in Atlanta where he cemented his culinary reputation. Master Chef Saito’s sushi creations are not only mouth-watering, but are literal works of art!


Stephen de Haan:  was an award-winning bartender for many years throughout Atlanta before fulfilling his lifelong dream to own and operate successful hospitality establishments. For 15 years Stephen was the owner-operator of Andrews Entertainment District in Buckhead that included East Andrews, Andrews Upstairs, Improv Comedy Club, Prohibition, Cellar 56 and Stout Irish Sports Pub before it closed when the property was redeveloped. In addition to Saito, he and partner Greg Grant own Red Phone Booth and Amalfi Pizza downtown. Through all of these endeavors, Stephen has spent years developing his talent in the hospitality industry while securing a loyal clientele, both locally and across the country. Stephen’s goal is to provide each guest with the most memorable experience, always looking for opportunities to exceed each customer’s expectations, while maintaining a sincere gracious attitude. In doing this, he achieves personal and professional fulfillment while building lasting relationships with his guests.
